The Association of Vineyard Churches, also known as the Vineyard Movement, is an organization of over 1650 churches worldwide.
John Wimber is considered the leading founder and evangelist of the movement.
Historically, the Vineyard Movement has been rooted in both renewal and church planting.
The Vineyard operates its own 2-year leadership training program called Vineyard Leadership Institute, or VLI.
The international headquarters of the Vineyard is currently located in Sugar Land, Texas.
The Vineyard also exists in many countries across Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Far East.
If you're not familiar with the Vineyard, we are an association of churches across the country and around the world that partner together to advance the kingdom of God by communicating the Good News of Jesus Christ through word and action.
Here at the Fremont Vineyard, our vision is to represent the love, power, and presence of Jesus to those around us so we all can become His mature devoted followers.

As followers of Jesus, we value:

Worship - We want to express our love to Him with our culture-current music and through our lives as we give of our time, energy and resources.

Word - We value the Word as central to all of life. We believe in expounding the scripture for the purpose of living and doing the Bible. Our desire is to demonstrate a commitment: To the whole counsel of the inerrant Word of god.

Fellowship - We believe that christians are called To serve'. and our first area of service is to the Body of Christ, the church. Therefore, a relationship with other believers is a priority.

Outreach - We also believe we are called to serve outside the church, to show the love of Jesus to our city, our country, and our world in very practical ways.
